complete...

So the cork floor in the basement is finally complete. Yup, finally.

It seemed to take forever. But Chris laid about 75%, sealed it, let it cure, moved the schtuff from the bare floor to the cork, laid the remaining cork, sealed and let cure. Then the sealant on the second part dried with a much more matte finish so he decided to seal it again and let it cure. Sunday he decided it had cured and matched so he move the appliances back.

We are thinking of adding projection tv down there....but that is way down on the list. Still, it would be cool and maybe we would actually use the basement then. I, on the other hand, want to get a large sectional couch - and finally dump the old blue pieces.
