early morning 01.07.2010 ....

I bundled up first thing in the morning , before the sun had actually crested the island,to go out and try to take some shots that looked COLD.

I guess it was not really cold enough her to get COLD. No frozen water. No ducks huddled on the shore. No snow. Nothing.

But I did love how the lake looked.

It was full of birds, all over the surface of the lake.

And in the sky.

And the reflections were just so cool looking.

And the lake had a nice pink glow....
